You may not reverse engineer, scrape, resell, sublicense, or use the product to build a competing CRM agent platform. You may not misuse agent automation for unlawful messaging.
You retain ownership of CRM content you upload. We retain ownership of the alterai.crm software, agent frameworks, and underlying technology. You grant us a licence to process your content solely to provide the service.
The product is provided as available. Liability is limited per the alterai.crm Terms. Governed by Indian law, Chennai jurisdiction.
