End User License Agreement

Append Mobility Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), No 12 Murugappa Road, Kotturpuram, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600085, India. Contact: agent@alter.business, +91 89390 40408. All products — alterai.os, alterai.apps, alterai.cabs, and alterai.crm — are owned and operated by the Company.

1. Licence

We grant users and partners a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the alterai.cabs app for its intended purpose.

2. Restrictions

No misuse, scraping, reverse engineering, circumventing fees, or interfering with bookings or other users/partners.

3. Partner terms

Partners must maintain valid KYC, licences, and insurance as applicable to their service; partners operate as independent contractors.

4. Ownership

All IP in the alterai.cabs app and platform remains with the Company.

5. Termination

Licence ends on account closure or breach.

6. Disclaimer & liability

App provided "as is"; the Company is an intermediary and not liable for independent partner services. Governed by Indian law, Chennai jurisdiction.
