Relationship Manager
Tired of SaaS companies where humans still deliver behind the curtain and you never face the client? At Alter AI, relationship managers own the client relationship through our client portal — real conversations, real accountability, backed by alterai.os.
What you'll do:
- •Be the primary point of contact for clients through the alterai.os portal
- •Translate client needs into clear context for the product team and engine
- •Own onboarding, check-ins, billing conversations, and escalation paths
- •Stay aligned with Product Managers so nothing gets lost between client and build
What we're looking for:
- •2+ years in client success, account management, or B2B relationship roles
- •Experience with SaaS or software services — and frustration with black-box delivery
- •Clear, empathetic communication — you enjoy talking to clients directly
- •Comfortable in fast-moving environments where the product model is changing
Product Manager
We're looking for a Product Manager to own the roadmap and execution of our AI agent products — alterai.os, alterai.apps, and alterai.cabs. You'll work directly with founders, engineers, and customers to ship products that replace entire business functions.
What you'll do:
- •Define product strategy and roadmap for our agent platform
- •Talk to customers, understand pain points, translate into features
- •Prioritize ruthlessly — we ship fast and iterate
- •Work closely with engineering to build and launch new agents
What we're looking for:
- •2+ years in product management or related roles
- •Experience shipping B2B or SaaS products
- •Strong written and verbal communication
- •Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environment
- •Bonus: Experience with AI/ML products or agent systems
