1. Agreement
By accessing or using any AlterAI product or service — including alterai.os, alterai.apps, alterai.cabs, alterai.crm, and related mobile or web applications — you agree to these Terms. If you use the service on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to bind it.
2. Services
AlterAI provides custom software development, AI application development, enterprise platforms, mobility products, and subscription-based operating-system services. Features, availability, and pricing depend on your plan, statement of work, or product.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for your account, credentials, and activity under it. Provide accurate information and keep it current.
4. Subscriptions & billing
Subscription products are billed according to the plan or agreement provided to you. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law. We may revise pricing with prior notice. Custom engagements follow the estimate and statement of work you accept.
5. Your data & content
You retain ownership of the business data and content you connect or provide. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide, operate, and improve the service. See the applicable Privacy Policy for details.
6. AI outputs
AlterAI products use AI agents to draft, recommend, and execute actions. Outputs may contain errors; you are responsible for reviewing actions before relying on them, especially financial, legal, or operational decisions. The service is a tool, not a professional advisor.
7. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to breach security, reverse engineer it, use it unlawfully, or input content you have no right to use.
8. Third-party services
Integrations with third-party tools are governed by those parties' terms.
9. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance and updates may cause downtime.
10. Termination
You may cancel subscription products according to your plan; access continues to the end of the paid period where applicable. We may suspend or terminate for breach.
11. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified. Continued use means acceptance.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction.
