1. Delivered app licence
On full payment, you receive ownership of your delivered application and its custom content, and a non-exclusive, perpetual licence to our embedded frameworks, agent components, and reusable libraries as integrated into that app.
2. Restrictions
You may not extract, isolate, resell, or sublicense our underlying agent technology or reusable components separately from the delivered app.
3. Our retained IP
All pre-existing and underlying agent technology, tooling, and the app-building factory remain the Company's property.
4. Your assets
You retain ownership of assets you upload; you grant us a licence to use them solely to build and deliver your app.
5. Warranty & liability
Delivered as accepted at review; post-handover modifications by you are your responsibility. Liability limited per the alterai.apps Terms. Governed by Indian law, Chennai jurisdiction.
