To provide and operate alterai.os; to run AI agents on your connected data at your direction; to improve, secure, and support the service; to bill you; and to comply with law.
4. AI processing
Your connected business data is processed to generate outputs and execute actions you request. We do not sell your data.
5. Sharing
With sub-processors and integrated services strictly to deliver the service, under appropriate safeguards; with authorities where legally required.
6. Storage & security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures. Data is retained for the life of your account plus any legally required period.
7. Your rights

8. Retention & deletion
On account closure, data is deleted or anonymized per the Data Deletion policy, unless retention is legally required.
