1. Agreement
By using alterai.cabs as a user or service partner, you agree to these Terms.
2. The service
alterai.cabs is an AI-concierge platform connecting users with verified service partners, starting with premium cab services. We facilitate bookings; services are performed by independent partners.
3. Users
Premium plans are available in-app: ₹150/month or ₹1,200/year for unlimited rides, AI trip suggestions, and 24/7 premium support. You agree to provide accurate booking information and to treat partners respectfully.
4. Service partners
Partners choose a weekly (₹1,650/week) or monthly (₹5,200/month) subscription, retain 100% of service charges, and must complete Aadhaar + PAN (KYC) verification. Partners are independent contractors, not employees of the Company.
5. Role of the Company
We are a technology platform and intermediary. We are not the provider of the underlying transport or services and are not liable for partner conduct, though we operate a verification and ratings layer.
6. Bookings, cancellations, refunds
Governed by the in-app policy at the time of booking. Cancellation fees may apply.
7. Safety & conduct
Misconduct, fraud, or safety violations may result in suspension or removal for users or partners.
8. Payments
Processed via third-party providers (e.g. Cashfree). Those providers' terms apply.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for acts or omissions of independent partners. Aggregate platform liability is limited as per applicable law.
