alterai.os is a subscription-based AI business operating system providing modular suites, AI agents, integrations, migrations, and analytics. Features depend on your plan.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for your account, credentials, and the activity under it. Provide accurate information and keep it current.
4. Subscriptions & billing
alterai.os is offered on subscription plans. Pricing and plan details are provided to you directly. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. We may revise pricing with prior notice.
5. Your data & content
You retain ownership of the business data and content you connect. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide and improve the service. See the alterai.os Privacy Policy.
6. AI outputs
alterai.os uses AI agents to draft, recommend, and execute actions. Outputs may contain errors; you are responsible for reviewing actions before relying on them, especially financial, legal, or operational decisions. The service is a tool, not a professional advisor.
7. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to breach security, reverse engineer it, use it unlawfully, or input content you have no right to use.
8. Third-party services
Integrations with third-party tools are governed by those parties' terms.
9. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance and updates may cause downtime.
10. Termination
You may cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period. We may suspend or terminate for breach.
11. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified. Continued use means acceptance.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction.
